We are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Support team for help, guidelines, and authorization #
Our Return/Exchange Guidelines encourages you to ship your package back to us with tracking and delivery confirmation. *PLEASE NOTE: that without a tracking number and delivery confirmation we cannot accept responsibility for returns/exchanges not received.
Once your return has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund/exchange to be processed.
*Please note that we can't refund shipping costs in either direction.

We ship USPS Monday-Friday
Our turn around time is often as fast as 1-3 business days. That being said, occasionally we need a little more time due to holidays and other times during the year when we are extra busy.
