It’s slightly bulky, imaging tying a thick 7x10 inch book to your belt line. I do like how you have more maneuverability because it is on the outside of your belt rather than the inside. Most people don’t take notice to it, but if they do, I tell them it’s my Bible holster because it is literally the size of a Bible. There are badges you can have attached that say stuff like insulin pump which I think is unrealistic as I work in medical and insulin pumps are so much smaller (deck of cards or smaller). If you want a patch, I recommend one that shows your ideals/affiliations. Also most pants still need a belt to stay up with the weight of the contents.

This is my second case for my person to carry in and out of house and also being able to leave it out in the case on the console of my autos.

I work for a city municipality and do many dirty jobs, I'm also overweight so IWB, OWB and open carry are not really options. I have been using the sneaky pete holster for over five years and am very pleased. I have several different styles to blend with the occasion. I will be a life long customer!
